Abu Dhabi International Airport Free Zone Master Plan

PMDC has been carrying out the Master Planning for all Free Zone sites at Abu Dhabi International Airport (11 km2 land area).

Strata 2 Manufacturing Facility

Strata Manufacturing PJSC, a wholly owned Mubadala Aerospace and Engineering Services (AES) company, is a state-of-the-art advanced composite aero-structure manufacturing plant in Al Ain.

Under the Offset Program, Strata has secured the manufacturing of the Boeing 787 Vertical Fin and the Airbus A320 Horizontal Tail. The manufacturing of these components will be housed in a dedicated facility of an approximate size of 55,000 m2 (excluding utility areas), to be constructed within the Al Nibras Aerospace Park. The plant known as “Strata 2” is expected to be operational during 2019.

We’re pleased to announce that PMDC have been appointed as the Project Management Consultancy to carry out services for the successful delivery of the Strata 2 plant.

Dallah Heathcare Complex West Expansion

Al Rayyana

Al Rabie Processing Warehouse

PMDC has been appointed by Al Rabie Foods Company to carry out PMC Services to develop their new processing warehouse facility at the newly developed industrial area of “Al-Fouzan” located in South Riyadh. The project is part of Al Rabie Food’s plan to increase customer service capability and facilitate access to products as part of Al Rabie markets’ expansion plan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The project entails the construction of a steel structure building of approximately 18 m height, with a plot area of 39,389 m2 and a Build-up area of 34,809 m2.

The building components are comprised of an administration office building, cold storage, concentration solution storage, filling machine area, finished goods storage, pallets and papers reel storage, chemical room, chiller room and other utilities’ plants.

Jeddah Waterfront Development

Jeddah Waterfront Development comprises 37 km of prime city avenues to be renovated and revitalized to create a world-class destination, major landmark as well as retail and commercial center of attraction for Jeddah residents and visitors.

The project consists of upgrading works and beautification of the open spaces, amenities and waterfront facilities.

Abu Dhabi Safety and Traffic Control

PMDC is the current Program Managers for an Emirate-wide initiative:  “Abu Dhabi Safety & Traffic Solutions Committee” for roadway safety; established by a decree from Abu Dhabi Executive Council in January 2009 to deal with all aspects of road safety and traffic flow. The committee includes high-level representation from the Department of Transport, Municipal Affairs, Abu Dhabi Police and the Urban Planning Council.

Services include establishing  and implementing Business Processes for all involved activities and development of KPI’s  and metrics for use by Committee custodians to gauge progress toward reduction of roadway safety hazards and fatalities.

Ras Laffan Port and LNG Terminal

PMDC principals had a major contribution to the Master Plan design and technical studies for the Ras Laffan Port and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal.

Ras Laffan Port is located 80 km north of Doha, Qatar. It services the adjacent industries and was designed as the export facility for LNG, LPG, sulphur, condensates and petroleum products.

The project originally had 220 hectares of reclaimed land and was proposed to contain buildings with a total area of 100,000 m2

At present, it is considered to be the largest LNG exporting facility in the world, spanning at 56 km2  and comprising six LNG berths which are already operational.

King’s Walk Mall and Retail

King’s Walk Mall and Retail’s site has a total Land Area of 39,937.23 m2 facing King Abdul Aziz Road and located in Zahra’a District in the city of Jeddah-KSA. The whole development is planned to include 2 main components, first is an Outdoor Strip Retail Mall and the other is a 5-star Hospitality Building.

The retail area will approximately allocate a total BUA of 18,978.00 m2, while the 5-star Hospitality Building is planned to be 16,700.00 m2.

With a basement floor that will accommodate all required car parking for both components of the project along with some parking spaces on the ground floor level.

Sultan Galleria

113 SG Sultan Galleria Project represents one of Assaudia Real Estate Development Co (SREDCO) projects. The site has a total Land Area of around 14,703 m2 and a total GFA of around 28,201 m2, and is planned as a commercial retail center.

PMDC has been appointed as Project Manager for IKEA projects under development in the K.S.A. in several sites.

The first site is located within Al Salam Mall in the Center of Jeddah . The IKEA store is integrated within the mall, with a built up area of 212,825 m2 comprised of 385 shops, 1420 parking bays, on three levels (GF,FF & SF).
